Domnule Florin-Ionut, sa stiti ca "dieta", daca o pot numi asa, de care vorbiti dumneavoastra a ajuns sa fie un trend, mai ales prin Statele Unite. Poarta denumirea de "Water fast" si multa lume a inceput sa o faca numai pentru a slabi rapid, ca deh, cine are rabdare sa slabeasca si pe cai mai sanatoase!

Daca e in limite rezonabile si practicata cu avizul si supervizarea medicului nu cred ca e nesanatoasa ba dimpotriva, mult mai sanatoasa decat alte diete gen hiperproteice.
Exista mi se pare un studiu care demonstreaza ca postul negru e mai sanatos decat o dieta.

Pentru o persoana sanatoasa, o data ce a castigat serios in greutate, e f. greu sa slabeasca doar "mancand sanatos" si cu "o ora de mers pe jos zilnic".
Amuzant/interesant e ca reusesc sa tina post negru oameni fara baze religioase pe cand noi care ne fudulim cu postul vegan de 2-3luni/an si pe asta nu-l putem tine nici 3 zile.
