Cred ca s-a vorbit undeva de Sabat si ce inseamna , inseamna odihna Domnului , care e a saptea zi, in primul sinod de la Nicea s-au stabilit data si sarbatorirea Pastelui , printre altele.Ce se zice in versetul 3 despre Evrei, "nu vor intra in odihna Mea".Aceasta odihna reprezinta viata vesnica, redobandirea Raiului.Aceasta odihna a venit prin Iisus Hristos si acesta este rascumparatorul pacatului si cel ce ne da viata vesnica.Hristos a inviat in prima zi a saptamanii , care este Duminica.Aceasta este noua odihna de care vorbeste scriptura , cum a zis psalmistul : Aceasta este ziua pe care Domnul a facut-o sa ne bucuram de ea.Odihna noastra este Iisus Hristos , si noi sarbatorim ziua odihnei , ziua in care El a inviat din morti.Aceasta este odihna Domnului, Sabatul Domnului , tot in a saptea zi , dar intr-o noua zi , zice in versetul 7 , "el hotaraste din nou o zi".Aceasta zi a odihnei reprezinta comemorarea invierii lui Hristos care este Pastele Nostru si Noul Testament.Citeste aici la versiunea Cornilescu:

Deci traducerea ar fi cam asa : Astfel(Deci,Asadar) s-a lasat alta( pastrand acelasi punct de referinta dar facand tranzactia spre inoire spre mai bun) odihna(sarbatoare de Sabat), oamenilor(poporului) lui(a lui) Dumnezeu.



Deci vedem ca nicidecum traducerea ortodoxa nu e gresita , ci mai degraba e cea mai corecta in cazul asta.
