Dupa ce a postat Dorina mesajul acela am cautat pe net cazul si inca nu s-a solutionat in instanta, eleva putand frecventa liceul respectiv, fara a purta cardul de identitate, cum o fac ceilalti elevi. Sunt curioasa cum va judeca instanta, ca-i o problema delicata si cred ca trebuie facuta distinctia intre

You know how you're also be tracked? Through your cell phone. Through your credit card purchases, which is connected to your bank info. Through your very own state ID/driver's license, which is linked to the database for the state its issued in. Guess if Andrea Hernandez are really so against carrying "the mark of the beast" they are gonna have to forgo modern conveniences and laws(you have to be able to identify yourself) and live off the grid. Otherwise they are just picking and choosing what parts of their religion best suits their lives....and if your truly devout, you know thats not how it works.

This is how sheeple are created. You slowly take away freedoms until one day you wake up finding that you no longer have any rights. If the school district really was law-abiding, they wouldn't have enacted a policy that is clearly in violation of the 4th Amendment. We have the God-given right to be "secure in our persons," meaning that the government isn't tracking your every move - no matter the motive. I understand that the district wants to receive more money. Getting it at the expense of our individual liberties is disgraceful
