Azi mi-a picat în mînă a doua carte tradusă în românește care tratează subiectul postului original: ”Postul negru - o nouă terapie” a lui [COLOR=#000]Thierry de Lestrade[/COLOR] (deși metoda de vindecare e de fapt străveche, dar hai să zicem că e nouă pentru omul modern)

Prima carte apărută la noi în librării e cea a lui Bragg - ”Postul, un miracol”.

Therry povestește pe scurt despre puțina cercetare care s-a făcut recent în acest domeniu, acolo am găsit acest nume://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valter_Longo.

The Longo laboratory also showed that the inhibition of IGF-1 and of the aging promoting pathways by starvation can be exploited to protect normal cells and mice but not cancer cells from chemotherapy (Differential Stress Resistance, DSR).[6][7][8] Preliminary studies in humans suggest that the DSR effect may be applicable to cancer patients.[9]
In 2011, Longo in collaboration with the group of endocrinologist Jaime Guevara-Aguirre in Ecuador, demonstrated that the aging promoting effect of the IGF-1, Tor-S6K, Ras and PKA pathways on aging is potentially conserved in most eukaryotes by reporting that a human population with deficiencies in IGF-1, Ras, PKA, and Tor displays a major reduction in genes that promote aging as well as a very low incidence of cancer and diabetes.

Asta apropo de textul evanghelic de azi în care Hristos le explică simplu elevilor săi că trebuie să mai și postească pentru a putea avea rezultate în anumite cazuri. Și nu S-a referit nicidecum la vegetale pe săturate cu dezlegări la pește ca să nu fie prea greu, ci la faptul-de-a-nu-mînca plus rugăciune.
