Acum vrei sa iti dau si studiul .
Un medic a spus ,am auzit cu ani in urma.

Cu alte cuvinte esti victima tragicei erori ca orice medic este si competent in ale medicinei.

Dar logic ,mananca mancare gatita si apoi fructe.
Fructele fermenteaza ,nefiind procesate ,fierte.
Mai ales in spatiu inchis.
Cu ele fermenteaza si mancarea cu atat mai mult painea care are drojdie.

Logic pentru cine nu cunoaste anatomie/fiziologia sistemului digestiv nici macar la nivel de cultura generala.

“Nothing can rot in the stomach,” Dr. Pochapin, director of the Monahan Center for
Gastrointestinal Health at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, says.
“Rotting, or fermentation, means bacterial action on food resulting in decomposition. And
because of the presence of hydrochloric acid, the stomach has very few bacteria. The place
where fruit produces gas is in the colon, not the stomach,” Dr. Pochapin adds. “The colon is
loaded with bacteria and acts as the body’s sewage system.”
Food takes 6 to 10 hours to reach the colon, which explains why it does not really matter when
fruit is eaten. Fruit contains sugar and vitamins, which are absorbed in the small intestine, and
complex fibers, which pass through the gastrointestinal tract without much digestion. When the
fiber reaches the colon, bacteria feed on the fiber and produce gas as a byproduct, regardless of
when and with what the fiber was ingested.

Pe scurt: bacteriile care produc fermentatia sunt in colon, nu in stomac sau intestinul subtire, cu atat mai putin in stomac unde este acid clorhidric.
Chiar daca maninci fructe intre mese, in mod sigur vor sfarsi (sau de fapt, ce a mai ramas din ele) tot in intestinul gros, impreuna cu ce a mai ramas din cereala masa anterioara, unde fermenteaza oricum, fiecare in functie de natura lor.

Ai o manie sa te contrazici ,parca ai fi un robotel pus pe cearta ,nimic nu iti convine.
