P.S: dupa cele 24 de ore, cand se termina postul negru normal, omul se poate opri din post. Aici daca beti doar apa dupa cele 24 de ore, puteti activa autofagia mai mult, insa nu mai e considerat post negru (poate sa fie post normal).

Intrebare pentru restu, ce alimente recomandati sa mancam dupa terminarea postului negru (bineinteles de post/dezlegari)?
