In cazul iconografiei, toate Bisericile din vechime le au(mai putin nestorienii indieni, dar ei au in schimb cruci imense de piatra). Sau in cazul semului crucii, izovarele istorice o consemeneaza ca fiind ceva autentic, fie ca se facea cu 2 degete, 3 degete, 5 degete, dreapta-stanga, stanga-dreapta, si indiferent de simbolistica din spatele fiecarei variatii. etc.
